Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – Jyotirved

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of spiritual products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Manufacturing defect

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personal preference or color/design variation

  • Damage due to misuse, water, chemicals, or wear & tear

  • Dissatisfaction with spiritual or belief-based results

Return Timeline & Proof

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video/photos are mandatory for approval

Refund / Replacement

  • Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method

  • For COD orders, refund is processed via UPI or bank transfer

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the fault is ours
